Mr. Ahmed Rizkallah is an Environmental Innovation and Capacity Building Expert and a senior international development professional with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale donor-funded programs across governance, education, climate, institutional development, and public sector reform.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ahmed has managed multi-million-dollar development portfolios in partnership with leading international donors, including USAID and the European Union. His work has focused on designing and delivering impactful initiatives that support policy reform, strengthen national systems, enhance institutional capacity, and advance sustainable development priorities in Egypt.

Mr. Ahmed brings strong expertise in program management, public policy, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and capacity building. He has a strong track record of working closely with government institutions, senior officials, development partners, civil society organizations, and private sector stakeholders to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate development programs with measurable institutional and policy impact.

In his current work, he leverages his extensive development experience to advance environmental innovation and capacity-building initiatives that promote sustainable development, climate resilience, and institutional effectiveness.

Mr. Ahmed holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London, and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Cairo University. He is also a PMP®-certified program management specialist.
