On the sidelines of the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Centre for Environment and Development for the Arab Region and Europe (CEDARE) and the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS).
The MOU, signed by H.E. Dr. Khaled Fahmy, Executive Director of CEDARE and former Egyptian Minister of Environment, and Mr. Nabil Ben Khatra, Executive Secretary of OSS, aims to enhance collaboration in the sustainable management of natural resources, environmental monitoring, and climate resilience across the Arab and African regions
