The project entitled “Vulnerability Mapping of Climate Change and Food Security in 12 Pilot Countries” aims to identify the most vulnerable areas with respect to climate change and food security in 12 pilot countries, as well as mapping the exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity in affected communities in 12 pilot countries.
