H.E. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aty is one of the leading experts in the field of water resources, with more than four decades of experience at the national, regional, and international levels. He served as Egypt’s Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation from 2016 to 2022, during which he led numerous strategic initiatives in water resources management, irrigation modernization, climate change adaptation, and the promotion of water security and sustainable development.
