CEDARE successfully concluded the webinar titled: “From Sustainability to Regeneration”, held as part of the preparation for the United Nations International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP), with participants including experts, practitioners, and sustainability enthusiasts.
The webinar was hosted by Meghan Sapp, an accredited Savory Institute Field Professional and founding farmer in the European Regenerative Agriculture Network, who delivered an insightful presentation on applying Holistic Management to develop nature-positive projects.
Participants explored:
• The fundamentals of the Holistic Management framework
• The role of planning tools in enhancing community engagement
• The connection between Holistic Management and environmental processes
• The importance of the “holistic context” in guiding decisions toward regenerative outcomes
