H.E. Dr. Khaled Fahmy, CEDARE’s Executive Director and former Minister of Environment, participated alongside several international and national leaders in the introductory workshop of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), chaired by Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Acting Minister of Environment.
