CEDARE, renowned for its extensive expertise in sustainable growth and waste management, was invited to participate in an expert panel discussion during the online seminar “Towards Improving Plastic Waste Management in Egypt.”

Dr. Hossam Allam, CEDARE’s Regional Director for the Sustainable Growth Program, shared valuable insights on the organization’s experience in waste management, highlighting key lessons and strategies for improving plastic waste management in Egypt.

The seminar was organized by JICA-Egypt Office on March 19th, 2025 to explore solutions for plastic waste management, drawing insights from Japan’s experience.
